DWAgent allows us to securely connect to your computer for remote support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Windows Setup (Windows 10 / 11)

1. Open a web browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox)

2. Go to:
   https://www.dwservice.net/en/download.html

3. Select Windows

4. Once downloaded, open the file:
   dwagent.exe

5. When prompted,

   • Select Run only – (for one-time support)

6. Follow the on-screen prompts and allow permissions

7. Once installed,
   
    Please provide User and Password on your screen.

macOS Setup (macOS 12+)

1. Open Safari or Chrome

2. Go to: https://www.dwservice.net/en/download.html

3. Select macOS

4. Open the downloaded file:
   dwagent.dmg

5. Drag DWAgent into the Applications folder

6. Open Applications → DWAgent

7. Click Install

8. macOS will ask for permissions — please Allow:

   • Accessibility

   • Screen Recording

   • Full Disk Access (if prompted)

9. Once running, 
   
   Please provide User and Password on your screen.

Security & Privacy

• Connection is encrypted

• Access is only active when authorised

• You can stop or uninstall DWAgent at any time
